Appointment of Contractual Faculty

The Institute invites application for appointment faculty on contract basis in the following fields as per details given below. The last date for receipt of application in this office is 17/10/2013.

Post: Librarian

No. of Positions: 01

Educational Qualifications:

a)A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent Professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library.

b)Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose of the UGC.

Pay Scale: INR Rs.51100/-P.M.

Tenure: Initial one year but extendable upto 3 years following annual review. The engagement can be terminated giving 3 months notice or emoluments in lieu thereof.
