National Workshop on Cloud Computing Applications in Academic Research

The University Library, Central University of Kerala located at Kasaragod,

Kerala is organizing a 2 day National Workshop on *CLOUD COMPUTING

APPLICATIONS IN ACADEMIC RESEARCH* on 19th and 20th June 2013.  The

Workshop will be hands on training.

*Areas Covered*

1.    Preparing cloud based online questionnaire.

2.    Online cloud based data collection.

3.    Sharing documents online.

4.    Online editing and correction in cloud environment.

5.    Other cloud based applications in research.

 *Special Features*

 1. Brand new independent computers will be allotted to each participant to
work with.
2. Participants are free to do the practical work even after the sessions.
3. There will be question-answer session to clear all the doubts

 *Who can Participate?*

Teachers, Research Scholars and LIS Professionals (Including Students)

Total Intake: 25 (2 seats will be reserved for internal candidates)
Registration Fee: Rs. 1000/- per participant

UNIVERSITY OF KERALA* Payable at *KASARAGOD*.

The registration fee once paid will not be refunded in the case of admitted
candidates.  There will not be any spot registration.
